JunoWallet has just launched it's location based loyalty application. JunoPoints which can be earned by users checking into venues is going live and venues can GO LIVE by logging into their retailer dashboard and hitting the "GO LIVE" button. JunoPoints is fully integrated with Foursquare's API and allows venues to monetize the 3 million Foursquare users and give them some real value for their loyalty to a business. Below is a link to the JunoPoints page in the Foursquare App Gallery: http://foursquare.com/app/junowallet
JunoWallet also offers clients their very own custom badges that customers may earn once they get to 10,000 JunoPoints. These can then be redeemed for a $100 mobile gift card at that venue only. Below is an example of a JunoWallet client and just one of their badges that they now offer to their customers.
With HotSpots venues can now monetize their floor space and take advantage of revenue from HotSpots sold and the customers coming in to get the HotSpot JunoPoints. It is a great way to drive traffic, generate ad dollars, and work with vendors to create a great relationship.
Location based loyalty is built around your customers frequenting your location more often and getting rewarded for that activity. Checking into your location builds value not just in the form of more transactions from your customers. It builds value for your business because it brings in more business from those who are not yet customers. So you can turn shoppers looking at your business and seeing it filled with what looks like customers and activity these shoppers now become buyers.
How do you build a location based loyalty program with JunoPoints?
Build a relationship around your business with your customers and reward them with JunoPoints that act as a futures contract. Simply said you get them to frequent your business now which builds value to your bottom line and at one point in the future they get rewarded with a $100 gift card that you issue at your cost of goods sold. Here below you can see a spread sheet that shows you how JunoPoints work from just a numbers standpoint.

Vendor sponsored HotSpots drive traffic and creates a stronger marketing partnership with you and your product vendors.
HotSpots are ads inside your venue either on the floor or anywhere you want them where a users can find your venue and stand near or on a HotSpots with their mobile device to earn jumbo JunoPoints from that advertiser. For example a restaurant that serves Russian Standard Vodka will have a HotSpot sponsored by Russian Standard Vodka on their rooftop deck that users come into the bar and look for as they are out on a night of eating and drinking with their friends. The HotSpot is promoted in our mapping feature inside of JunoPoints and drives the users in the venue. The Venue benefits from the users traffic. The advertiser benefits cause they have an advertisement at point of sale that gives them massive branding and exposure including inside JunoWallet. For the venue you now have a way to monetize your floor with HotSpots and work with your product vendors to promote them more inside your business all the while driving in more traffic to your cash register. In addition, JunoWallet looks to sell HotSpots for your venue and place them inside your venue from time to time. All HotSpots pay you the venue owner 15% of all the revenue generated just like an ad agency would earn. This revenue can be substantial and offset some cost within your business that otherwise would have had to be paid from your current revenues. Now you have more revenue to work with and more traffic to sell to....
"Dear Mr. Venue owner would you mind if we paid you to put a HotSpot on your location floor that will drive customers in the door along with creating a location based loyalty program built around gift cards to your business?"
"For a newer brand using JunoWallet, HotSpots can be a great benefit to getting point of sale awareness and driving traffic and trial into restaurants and bars that our product is sold in." Martin Kuta - Russian Standard Vodka
The basics of JunoPoints.
1. Any user can use JunoWallet and link their Foursquare account with JunoWallet to earn
JunoPoints for each check-in they do either on Foursquare or JunoWallet.
2. Users earn JunoPoints for any venue and once that venue goes LIVE their JunoPoints
earned to date are redeemable for a $100 mobile gift card once they reach that 10,000
JunoPoints threshold.
3. Each venue can create a badge that a user earns once they get to the 10,000 JunoPoints
threshold. In addition, we work with venues to create unique badges that are earned for
different types of actions inside of a venue.
4. Users can ask a venue to GO LIVE which is an incentive for
users to work with venues to add JunoPoints as a location
based loyalty program that creates a personal relationship
between a business and its customers and prospects.
5. Users can share, gift, and trade JunoPoints with their friends
and others they can meet who are leaders on the leader board
for a particular venue. This creates and build Social Gifting and Social Buying all inside
JunoWallet. A great way to monetize your loyalty and check-ins into a social event that you
and your friends can all participate in.
6. A user can only check into and receive JunoPoints once every 18 hours to prevent someone
from tapping the check-in button 500 times in one day to get a $100 gift card. This is a huge
value to the venue because it keeps them in the users mind almost on a daily basis as the
user pursues that 10,000 JunoPoints threshold to get that $100 gift card.
7. Here is what a shout out looks like when a user checks into your venue on Twitter that go out
on Facebook and Twitter to help build your brand name and exposure virally.
* 1. I just earned 20 JunoPoints for Bleeding Heart Bakery. Lets get this venue to GOLIVE

HotSpot inside your venue. We do all the selling and contract work and you put down the
HotSpots inside your venue when you get delivery of the marketing material.
